Should you list your weight on your acting resume?

Growing up, I learned two things in life. Don’t ask a woman their weight and don’t ask a woman for their age. But, what about acting? Casting directors are always searching for the right actress to work on a TV show or movie. That means they are searching through acting resumes to see if actor’s are the right age, height, weight, and have the right acting experience.

Well, Arvold Casting, the casting director for several major TV shows and movies has once again answered your age old questions about the film industry in this amazing video on whether or not actors should list their height and weight on their resume.
