Want to become a better actor? Watch this video featuring Michael Keaton.
Last month, the SAG-AFTRA Foundation sat down with Academy Award nominated actor Michael Keaton and in the process Keaton shared some amazing acting tips for inspiring actors.
Michael Keaton spoke with Jenelle Rilley from Variety about his new movie The Founder – a true story of how Ray Kroc (Michael Keaton), a struggling salesman from Illinois, met Mac and Dick McDonald, who were running a burger operation in 1950s Southern California.
The Founder centers around how Michael Keaton’s character was impressed by the brothers’ speedy system of making the food and saw franchise potential. Writer Robert Siegel (THE WRESTLER) details how Kroc maneuvered himself into a position to be able to pull the company from the brothers and create a billion-dollar empire.
In the interview Keaton explains that actors have a responsibility to the production and the people they are portraying. Keaton also explains what it is like to play an actual person versus a made up character.
