Warner Bros. is Now Looking for Aspiring Directors

Warner Bros. Television Directors’ Workshop is now accepting submissions.

Warner Bros is looking for aspiring directors to join their Warner Bros. Television Directors’ Workshop a program that introduces up-and-coming directors to the industry of prime time television.

“With the backdrop of active Warner Bros. Television sets as the learning environment and top television directors, cinematographers and showrunners as the instructors, those selected to the program will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop that is unparalleled in the industry,” the program reads.

Directors who participate in the Warner Bros. Television Directors’ Workshop will be taken through the full process of episodic directing, what is expected during pre-production, how to work with actors and crew members during production, and the process of post-production.

The Warner Bros. Television Directors Workshop features multiple components, all centered towards preparing the director for a successful career in television.

The 2018 Warner Bros. Television Directors’ Workshop will meet on Saturdays from mid-May through early July.

To apply for the Warner Bros. Television Directors Workshop you need to send the following:

  • Resume
  • Personal Statement
  • Letters of Recommendation
  • Directing Portfolio

The deadline to apply is February 7th.
