VH1 later shifted gears and moved into reality TV shows, with a touch of music, celebrities, and pop-culture. Recently, VH1 has focused on targeting African-American audiences. VH1 is best known for franchises including Behind the Music, Flavor Flav reality shows, and Love & Hip Hop franchises. In 2016, the network reached over 90 million US households.
