The new X-Men sequel, X-Men: Apocalypse is now casting three lead roles
Details surrounding the new X-Men movie have been extremely vague. A recent report has claimed that new movie will not be called “X-Men: Apocalypse” but something entirely different although still relating to the villain.Last year, Bryan Singer tweeted about the new movie to fans and many assumed the sequel would be entitled “X-Men: Apocalypse” just because of the tweet.

But, according to recent reports, “X-Men: Apocalypse” will be titled “X-Men: Akkaba” and casting directors are casting three lead roles in the sequel. Casting directors are now looking for three 18 year old teenagers to play 16 years old. According to Moviepilot, casting directors are looking for teenagers to play the younger versions of Cyclops, Jean Gray and Storm.

According to websites, Akkaba refers to a clan of supporters who worship Apocalypse. These worshipers include the villains Death and the Four Housemen. However, no new additional details have been revealed.
Tom Hardy, most known for playing Bane in “The Dark Knight Rises”, is also expected to join the cast and crew of the new X-Men sequel. Tom Hardy is reported to play the villain mutant.
Official announcements have not been released regarding casting decisions, casting calls, and other news about the “X-Men” sequel. Stay tuned for more updates on the new X-Men movie.
