TWO Major TV Shows and Movies to Film in Georgia this Summer

Two new and are going to film this summer in Georgia.

According to Explore Georgia, VH1 and 20th Century Fox are ramping up production in Georgia.

VH1 is on track to film a celebrity series Scared in Georgia. According to , the series is a “frightening and hilarious tale of ten celebs who have bravely agreed to move into one of the spookiest mansions in America.” Over the course of eight episodes, the celebrities will “terror and chilling challenges inspired by the iconic movies that make you .”

In addition, 20th Century Fox will film The Hate U Give starring . The movie centers around a 16-year-old who attends a prep school and must deal with the aftermath of witnessing a officer shoot her unarmed best friend. When she is called to testify in court, she has to face the consequences of what she does or does not stay.

This news comes after news broke Universal will film their upcoming Scarface remake in Georgia.
