Marvel has released the long-awaited official Thor: Love and Thunder trailer, as promised.
Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder | Official Trailer
The trailer offers a unique look at Jane Foster’s return to the Mighty Thor title, how she and Chris Hemsworth‘s Thor work around the power dynamics, and more of Natalie Portman‘s character. This time, audiences get a closer look at Christian Bale’s character, Gorr the God Butcher, and Russell Crowe’s portrayal of Zeus. In the previous teaser trailer, Chris Pratt and Dave Bautista reprised their roles for portions of the film.
In the fourth installment of the series, Thor searches for inner peace, but it is interrupted when Gorr the God Butcher demands that the gods be destroyed. Tessa Thompson’s King Valkyrie, Korg, and his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster join him on an intergalactic trek to halt Gorr.
The latest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thor: Love and Thunder, is scheduled to be released on July 8.
