Are you ready to go back to school? Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are teaming up once again for ‘Neighbors 2‘ and it will film in Atlanta, Georgia this summer.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Seth Rogen and Zac Efron will reteam forĀ a sequel to the breakout hit ‘Neighbors’. This time around Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne will all return for ‘Neighbors 2’. In addition, ‘Neighbors’ director Nicholas Stoller will return to direct the sequel.
‘Neighbors’ cost only $18 million to make, earned $268 million worldwide. ‘Neighbors 2’ will hit theaters on May 13, 2016.
The first ‘Neighbors’ revolved around a couple with a new baby who are forced to live next to a fraternity house and do whatever they can to take it down. In ‘Neighbors 2’, a sorority moves in next door to the couple and Seth Rogen gets help from the fraternity to help battle the wild sorority sisters.
‘Neighbors 2’ will be Seth Rogen’s first movie since the controversial ‘The Interview’ movie.
According to Come Tour Georgia, ‘Neighbors 2’ is currently in production in Atlanta and filming is expected to begin within a few weeks. Expect to see casting calls, hiring notices, and other opportunities for ‘Neighbors 2’ shortly.
