Watch Netflix’s ‘Blonde’ trailer starring Ana de Armas
Netflix is about to make headlines with its new series, Blonde. The teaser trailer features Ana de Armas in her portrayal of Marilyn Monroe- who may not be exactly what you expected.
The film is based on the novel of Joyce Carol Oates, which follows Marilyn’s life from childhood to fame. With both fact and fiction mixed in this story we see how she rose through society while also learning some dark secrets about herself along the way- something that would eventually come back around full circle against her at just about every turn.
Written and directed by Andrew Dominik and produced by Brad Pitt, other cast members include Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Caspar Phillipson, Evan Williams, Toby Huss, Julianne Nicholson, Lily Fisher, Lucy Devito, and Ned Bellamy.
