Wayans offered his perspective by acknowledging the damage they suffered due to the Weinsteins’ business behavior. Labeling the Weinsteins as “monsters”, he highlighted that even in a business context, their monstrous actions were evident.

Marking the 20th anniversary of the first ‘Scary Movie’, Wayans shared with Variety that dealing with the Weinsteins was unpleasant.
