Love ‘Key & Peele’? Comedy Central to Develop Animated Spinoff

Looks like Comedy Central loves Key & Peele.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cable network has announced that the comedy series starring Keegan Michael-Key and Jordan Peele are set to develop a potential animated series based on the characters “Vandaveon & Mike”.

Can’t wait for the animated series? Well, the fourth season of will consist of 22 episodes. That is most episodes so far in the series.

The third season of Key & Peele had about 2 million viewers per week and ranked first among men 18 to 34 on Wednesdays at 10:30 pm. It was also on the top five television shows among adults age 18 to 49.

But, the popularity of Key & Peele extends further than the television screen. Nine out of the ten most watched videos on Comedy Central’s YouTube Channel belong to the creative talents of Key & Peele.
