Justin Bieber requires surgery after jumping off a cliff.

Justin Bieber is facing surgery after damaging an eardrum by cliff jumping. The international celebrity has been “cliff diving” but the dangerous jumps has “busted his eardrum” and he may have to undergo an operation to fix the damage.

It is not known when Bieber sustained the injury but last year video footage surfaced showing him jumping from a cliff in Kauai, Hawaii.

Justin Bieber took to Twitter to tell his fans about his health. “Busted my ear drum cliff diving. Doc (sic) says might need surgery now. Sucks… My ear drum might back us up a little but I’m still bringing you this new music. Much love. Damn u cliff diving (sic)!.. Got some exclusives on the fan club. We got a lot coming. No worries.”
