Watch Johnny Depp feed a baby bat in character as Captain Jack Sparrow after leaving the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 5’ set.
During his final week of filming ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 5’, Johnny Depp stopped by The Australian Bat Clinic & Wildlife Trauma Center to look in on an 10-week-old bat he sponsored. The name of the bat? “Jackie Sparrow”.
In the video below, we see Johnny Depp in full Captain Jack Sparrow costume and character as he stopped by the clinic directly from a busy day shooting on set. A representative from the clinic was so happy to see the star was taking an interest in the services they provide, saying “It’s so fantastic to see him showing a genuine interest, and helping us raise awareness for bats!”
