Hollywood Uses this Song in Almost All Movies

Date:

Hollywood loves to use the same songs over and over again in movies and television shows.

Few albums in the last five years have had a bigger impact on movie music than M83’s “Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming.”

The lead single from the record, “Midnight City” has appeared on numerous films and television shows including the upcoming “22 Jump Street.”

This week’s latest movie, “The Fault in Our Stars,” also features the album’s fifth single, “Wait” and it adds drama to the already dramatic feature film.

But, one of the biggest songs that is used continuously in Hollywood is “Outro” and it has been used from the trailer for “Cloud Atlas” to the trailer for Warner Bros. new feature film, “If I stay” to even the “Fifth Estate“.

Movies produce the feelings of heartbreak, excitement, and happiness. But, it is rare that a single song can capture all of these emotions at once.
