Charlie Sheen Wants To Be Donald Trump’s Running Mate

Date:

Charlie Sheen wants to be Donald Trump’s Vice President.

In an effort to stay relevant, Charlie Sheen is now proclaiming his admiration for Donald Trump. This came after the actor bashed Trump on Twitter last month.

TheWrap reports that Sheen felt compelled to throw his hat into the ring after Owen Wilson compared Donald Trump’s campaign strategy to Charlie Sheen’s infamous meltdown that got him fired from Two and a Half Men.

Here’s Owen Wilson’s quote, from The Daily Beast, where he explains that people love Trump because his answers are never rote:

“It’s like when Charlie Sheen was doing that stuff—like, wow! He’s answering a question completely honestly, and in an entertaining way. You sort of feel he could be a character from Network.”

Maybe it was a joke? Either way Charlie Sheen is taking it seriously and now wants to be Donald Trump’s running mate.

Stay tuned to see if Donald Trump accepts Charlie Sheen’s offer.
