CW Cancels ‘Gotham Knights’ Following One Season

The CW network has decided to cancel ‘Gotham Knights’ after its inaugural season.

According to a report from Deadline, despite receiving generally positive ratings, the show failed to meet the network’s standards due to changes in CW’s business model and ownership. Among the three projects in uncertainty, ‘Gotham Knights’ was the only one to be discontinued, while ‘Superman & Lois’ and ‘All American: Homecoming’ were renewed.

Starring Oscar Morgan, Olivia Rose Keegan, Fallon Smythe, and Tyler DiChiara, ‘Gotham Knights’ delved into the aftermath of Bruce Wayne’s murder. The series, created for DC by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, was written by Chad Fiveash, James Stoteraux, and Natalie Abrams.
