Human Rights Campaign shares video of celebrities honoring the 49 victims of the Orlando shooting.
June 12th changed Orlando, Florida forever. A lone gunman walked into a gay nightclub with an assault rifle and started shooting unsuspecting nightclub goers. Since then, it has turned into a national debate about gay rights, gun rights, terrorism, and mental health. However, we have heard little about the victims of such a massacre.
But, the Human Rights Campaign, produced by Ryan Murphy, brought together 49 different celebrities to share the stories of these victims. The stories reflect the wide backgrounds of those who died ranging from computer scientists to reporters.
It’s tragic and sad but, a necessary remind that people can do horrific things.
