Casting directors reveal what your resume should look like.

Getting into the film industry is not the easiest thing to do. One of the hardest parts of breaking into the film industry is understanding an actor’s resume. Just like applying for a job at McDonald’s your resume can make or break your chances at landing a job. Especially, in Hollywood.

Recently, the casting director for the hit AMC series, TURN: Washington’s Spies, sat down and revealed what an actor’s resume should look like.

Erica Arvold, CSA, talks with acting coach Richard Warner about the pratical aspects of a resume and the main categories that should be included in each actor’s resume. In addition, they discuss about what not to do.
