It was not until 2011 when Seth Grahame-Smith was hired to write and produce a new version of the sequel. Later on, in 2017, this script was further reworked by Mike Vukadinovich. Finally, the screenplay was entrusted to Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, the co-creators and co-showrunners of Wednesday. The was taken up by Brad Pitt’s Plan B and filming took place in various locations including London, Vermont, and Massachusetts.

As far as the film is concerned, Michael Keaton could not be prouder. “I it. I absolutely love this thing… I unabashedly love this. It was not easy to pull off, and I think we did it in spades.”
