Get ready for more AHS, ‘American Horror Story’ Renewed for Season 5.
Following the premiere of American Horror Story: Freak Show, American Horror Story is listed as one of the most watched TV series in FX history and will be renewed for another season.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the co-creators of Glee, Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk have been picked up for another season of 13 episodes, American Horror Story.

Casting for the fifth season has not been announced, however, it is expected that award winning actress Jessica Lange will return, despite announcing that Freak Show will be her last season.
American Horror Story: Freak Show had a total of 10 million viewers, and 6.54 in the key demographic of 18 to 49 year-olds beating Sons of Anarchy.

We expect AHS: Freak Show and the next incarnation of AHS to further his legacy.”

American Horror Story has had a growing audience. Each season it becomes more and more popular. Since its debut, the AHS franchise has grown nearly 150% in total viewers. The renewal will allow Ryan Murphy two series to air on the FX network. The second series will be American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson which is also picked up for a 10 episode season.
