New York City Casting Call – Ed Helm’s ‘Vacation’ reboot casting call for stand-ins in Atlanta.
Ed Helms stars in the New Line Cinema reboot of the Vacation film series as Rusty Griswald, the son of Chevy Chase’s iconic character of the original four films. Vacation stars Ed Helms and Christina Applegate and Horrible Bosses‘ directors’ John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein write and direct.
Casting directors are looking to hire stand-ins to work Monday through Wednesday starting October 6th through October 8th in the upcoming feature film, ‘Vacation’.
Producers are looking for a female blonde stand-in and a male caucasian actor with white or gray hair.

For the feature film “VACATION”
Looking for a TWO STANDINS to work MON thru WED of this coming week (10/6, 10/7, & 10/8)
We will need one MALE and one FEMALE standin for two of the co-stars of the film – specifics below:
— FEMALE, CAUCASIAN, BLONDE STANDIN, can be between 5’2″ – 5’6″ age 20-50 and between a dress size 2-6
AND
— MALE, CAUCASIAN, with GRAY or WHITE HAIR STANDIN, can be between 6’2 – 6’5″ and between a 42 – 44 Jacket/Coat.
**PLEASE NOTE: this will work Monday 10/6, Tuesday 10/7, and Wednesday 10/8 of this coming week. The pay rate is $80/8 hours and we work mostly day scenes in the Atlanta Area.
STANDIN EXPERIENCE, or some THEATER/DRAMA experience, or at least a decent amount of experience on set as an EXTRA is a must.
