Paramount Pictures feature film “The Gambler” is now casting talent in Los Angeles.
“The Gambler” centers on a literature professor with a gambling problem runs afoul of gangsters.
The feature film will feature Mark Wahlberg, Jessica Lange, Brie Larson and John Goodman.
The Gambler is written by Oscar winner William Monahan. You may remember him in the critically accliamed hit movie “The Departed” which also featured Mark Wahlberg.
The Gambler is a scripted remake of the 1974 Jams Caan movie. Ruper Wyatt, the director of “Rise of The Planet of The Apes” is scheduled to direct the project.
