SF Bay Area Casting Call for HBO’s New Series ‘Looking’ Latest Casting Call for a Variety of Extras

Beau Bonneau Casting is casting SF Bay Area local extras 18 years & over for “Looking”, an HBO dramedy revolving around the lives of 3 gay friends, starring Jonathan Groff, shooting weekdays – 11/8 in SF.

There is a constant need for men & women 20s-30s to portray Hipsters, LGBT Community, Bar Goers, etc; we are still seeking submissions even if not mentioned below. Friends & Couples encouraged.

IMMEDIATELY SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

  • * Filipino Women in their 40s avail Monday 10/14. 2 Women will be selected from photos by the Director for work as SF Muni Bus passengers opposite 2 cast members. This is considered featured extra work because women will likely be recognizable, but will have no speaking lines. Must be available from approx 7AM to evening for an up to 8-10 hr shoot in SF.
  • * Hispanic 18 yrs- 21 Males & Females that look like younger teens avail Monday 10/14 to portray SF Muni Bus passengers. Must be avail from approx 7AM to evening for 8-10 hr shoot in SF.
  • * Hipsters 20s-30s for Muni Bus/Mission Pedestrians avail Monday 10/14 7AM to evening
  • * * Young Mexican Woman – 18-20yrs old but passes for a 15-16 yr old available Wed 10/16. She will be selected from photos by the Director for work in a card reader scene with 2 cast members. This is considered featured extra work because she will be recognizable, but there are no speaking lines. Must be available from approx 7AM to evening hours for an up to 8-10 hr shoot in SF.
  • * * Latina Women Late 30s – 60s available Wed 10/16. 2 Women will be selected from photos by the Director for work in a card reader scene with 2 cast members. This is considered featured extra work because women will be recognizable, but will have no speaking lines. Must be available from approx 7AM to evening hours for an up to 8-10 hr shoot in SF
  • * Hispanic Men & Women 18 – 60s to portray Mission neighborhood pedestrians available Wed 10/16 from approx 7AM to evening for an 8-10hr shoot.

Hours/Employment/Rates: Exact start times are unknown until the evening before, must be avail all day. You must present valid ID for I-9 paperwork on set or you cannot be employed. US Citizens must have U.S. Passport or both a Drivers License with Social Security card or Birth Certificate. Non Citizens must have Permanent Resident/Green Card or Dept. of Homeland Security Work Authorization. SAG-AFTRA members are paid Union scale. Non Union extras get SF min wage $10.55/hr = $84.40 for 8hrs, plus overtime after at time & ½ if applicable.

  • * Attach 2 new color snapshots, close up (no hats or sunglasses) & standing view
  • * Weekday Availability 10/14-11/8 as you know it (for future consideration)
