Ben Stiller’s New TV Series is Now Casting Actors for a Helicopter Scene

Ben Stiller‘s new series Escape at Dannemora for Showtime is now casting talent for a helicopter scene in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Casting directors are now casting talent to work on scenes filming on Monday, October 30th in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Producers are seeking the following types:

  • We are looking for men with Personal Protection Detail experience who are fully available to work on Monday, October 30th for a scene that will involve a helicopter. Must be fully comfortable and capable of being in a helicopter for the scene. This won’t involve any stunts. Military backgrounds are a plus.

About Escape at Dannemora:

According to Variety, is based on the real-life 2015 prison break in upstate New York in the summer of 2015, which spawned a massive manhunt for two convicted murderers who were aided in their escape by a married female prison employee with whom they both became sexually entangled.

The show will star Paul Dano, Benicio del Toro and Patricia Arquette. Del Toro will play convicted murderer Richard Matt who masterminds the escape; Arquette will play Tilly Mitchell, a working class, married woman who works at the prison and becomes sexually involved with both convicts, inducing her to assist them with their escape; and Dano will play David Sweat, a convicted cop-killer who uses his good looks to seduce Tilly and becomes a reluctant partner in Richard Matt’s plot.

Men with Real Security Detail Experience are needed for a Showtime series called “Escape at Dannemora” which is being directed by Ben Stiller and starring Oscar winners, Benecio Del Toro and Patricia Arquette.

We are looking for men with Personal Protection Detail experience who are fully available to work on Monday, October 30th for a scene that will involve a helicopter. Must be fully comfortable and capable of being in a helicopter for the scene. This won’t involve any stunts. Military backgrounds are a plus.

Pay will be $22 per hour for the first 8 hours and time and a half after that.

If interested and available on the date, please send a current picture to [email protected]. The picture should be from the waist up. You should not be wearing a hat or sunglasses. Please include your NAME, AGE, LOCATION, PHONE NUMBER, HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND WAIST SIZE. Please include your Security Detail experience as well as any Military or Law Enforcement background that you have. Also let us know that you are comfortable with being in a helicopter for multiple takes. Please put “SECURITY DETAIL” in the subject line when submitting.
