Ideally you should be fully available for work for 4 weeks beginning on 11th FEB 2013 and filming until 8th MARCH 2013. (Includes weekdays AND Saturday work) But you should still declare and interest if you are only available for some of the dates.
You MUST have a NATIONAL INSURANCE number and you will be paid by bank transfer within 6-8 weeks of filming dates.
