HBO’s The Deuce Season 3 is now casting actors to play Los Angeles music types in New York City.
HBO’s “The Deuce” is now casting men and women to play 1980s Los Angeles music types for the series. Casting directors are looking for the following types to work on a scene filming on April 22nd in Brooklyn, New York City:
- -LA Musician Types (please note if you have any experience/what instrument)
- -LA Music Aficionados/Coffee House Patrons
About The Deuce:
“The Deuce” centers around the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early ’70s through the mid ’80s. The TV series will explore the rough world that existed there until the rise of HIV, violence and crack -cocaine. Vincent Martino and Frankie Martino, who were players in the Times Square world and became fronts for mob control of the volatile and lucrative sex industry. James Franco will play both twins in the new HBO series.

Fitting on 4/17, 4/18 in Queens
Works Monday 4/22 in Brooklyn
Please note:
-Everyone must be 18 or older to work
-NO visible tattoos
-Must have 1980s appropriate hair
-Must be ok working around atmospheric smoke
-Must be local to NY area!!
