Casting Call: Middle School Students for Limited Series
Overview:
We are seeking individuals to portray Muslim middle school students who wear a hijab for an upcoming limited series. This role is for a day of filming in the Bronx and will contribute to a vibrant and realistic school scene.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a middle school student within a school environment, as directed.
- Participate in background scenes and potentially minor interactions within the scene.
- Follow directions from the director and crew to ensure scenes are executed well.
- Maintain professionalism on set at all times.
Requirements:
- Ages 10 to 14, all ethnicities.
- Must wear a hijab (please specify if the applicant already wears a hijab or if one should be provided).
- Available to film all day on the specified date in NYC.
- Must have a valid work permit if under 14.
- No previous acting experience required, but must be comfortable working in a film environment.
- Parent or guardian must accompany the applicant to the set and throughout the filming.
Compensation Details:
- $200 payment for a 10-hour commitment on set.
- Meals and refreshments will be provided.
