The first casting call for the Breaking Bad prequel, Better Call Saul, is finally here.
Vince Gilligan announced that he planned on releasing a prequel to the series, Better Call Saul, which will feature Bob Odenkirk as the shady lawyer Saul Goodman.
Created by Breaking Bad creator Gilligan and series writer-producer Peter Gould, who created the Saul character together for a Season 2 episode written by Gould, the spinoff will be a one-hour prequel that will focus on the evolution of the Goodman character before he ever became Walter White’s lawyer, AMC said.
Now casting directors are seeking talent to work on the upcoming television series filming in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
