Casting Call: Healthcare for Real Commercial
Job Details:
We are casting for a heartfelt and genuine commercial titled “Healthcare for Real,” aimed at depicting real-life experiences with the Canadian healthcare system. We are seeking individuals, including couples, of any gender and ethnicity, between the ages of 18 to 27, who are open to sharing their personal stories. This includes experiences as a patient, particularly those living with an illness and/or disability.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a self-tape audition process, sharing insights and personal experiences regarding the Canadian healthcare system.
- Attend the shoot, ready to discuss various aspects of healthcare experiences on camera.
- Collaborate with directors and crew to ensure a truthful representation of your story.
Requirements:
- Aged 18 to 27, open to all ethnicities and genders.
- Comfortable on camera and willing to discuss personal healthcare experiences.
- Ability to self-tape for audition; technical assistance or instructions will be provided if necessary.
- Open to individuals and couples. If applying as a couple, both must be willing to participate in the self-tape and attend the shoot together.
- Candidates who are actively living with an illness or a disability are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation Details:
- Session Fee: $500 for up to 10 hours of shooting.
- Overtime: $50 per hour after 10 hours.
- Usage Fee: $1,750 (all inclusive) for 1 year of online usage in Canada.
