Our front desk manager is our first line of defense, our general support in everything we do, and often the first face that many people see when they visit our office. Duties include answering the phones and taking messages, greeting actors and clients, checking in talent, and setting up the casting room for sessions, along with various other duties as they occur. Basically, we’re looking for someone who will have our back! Applicants should be detail-oriented, with great customer service skills, and preferably a background in Theater, TV/Film, or the arts.
