8 Hollywood Actors That Support Planned Parenthood

Planned Parenthood is a controversial topic for many homes across America.

However, this does not stop A-list celebrities and actors from voicing their opinion on the topic of Pro-life vs. Pro-Choice.

Despite a Reuters poll showing that 54 percent of Americans polled support federal funding specifically for Planned Parenthood to provide free women’s health exams, screenings and contraception services. There is still a major movement against the Planned Parenthood organization. Recently, Pro-life activists and government officials have been working to eliminate funding fro Planned Parenthood following several “undercover” videos showing Planned Parenthood officials speaking openly about the organizations alleged “fetal tissue donation program”.

The videos were recorded and released by the pro-life group Center for Medical Progress, which added more controversy to an already hot topic. But, this has not stopped Hollywood celebrities from voicing their support for the women’s healthcare nonprofit, and many have made their opinions known to the world.

A new report by the Hollywood Report reveals 10 major actresses that support Planned Parenthood. Recently, Mindy Kaling, Gabrielle Union, Amy Schumer,Amy Poehler, Ashley Judd, John Legend, Nick Offerman, Kerry Washington, Laverne Cox, Felicity Huffman, Mae Whitman, Alan Cumming and many more voiced their support for planned parenthood.
