Twin Peaks reboot is now filming North Bend, Washington.
Last week, it appears the Showtime series, which originally aired on ABC in 1990 has returned to Twede’s Cafe, better known as the Double R Diner to fans of the show.
Twede’s Cafe closed early on Labor Day when they told customers that they will be closed until September 20th for filming. The restaurant’s furnishings have been cleared out to make way for the show’s sets and props.
Transmissions Plus, located right up the road from Twede’s, also had a new sign saying filming is set to take place this week.
‘Twin Peaks’ centers around the story of an awkward FBI agent investigating the murder of a teenager in a small, unusual Washington town, aired for two seasons on ABC and was followed by a movie in 1992, “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.”
Keep an eye out for Twin Peaks filming.
