Netflix’s hit TV series Sense8 is now casting extras in Chicago, Illinois.
Atmosphere Casting is looking for background actors to work on the hit Netflix series Sense8 which is now filming in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are looking for talent to play neighborhood pedestrians and park goers at an ice skating rink. Filming will take place this Saturday, January 23rd and Sunday, January 24th.
About Sense 8:
Sense8 will focus on eight characters from across the world, all connected by a very violent vision. Each episode — shot in the UK, Seoul, Mumbai, Nairobi, Berlin, Mexico City, San Francisco and Chicago — will follow the characters’ separate stories, even as one entity tries to bring the octet together and another tries to kill them.
The eight dreams include “a closeted Mexican telenovela hunk, an Icelandic party girl, a German safe-cracker, a Korean businesswoman, an African bus driver and a transgender American blogger.”
A vision will most likely connect these characters. According to Io9, there are two visionaries who try to connect all of these people together. “The two sound like the yin and yang to this “vision.” One character is named Jonas, an African-American character who is allegedly the good guy. And his evil counterpart is named “Mr. Whispers.” One of them wants to unite the eight dreamers, the other wants to destroy them.”

We will be shooting this coming SAT 1/23 and SUN 1/24 and will need a few extras each day.
SAT 1/23:
I need a total of (6) extras to play regular neighborhood pedestrians. (3) will be playing in an “early 90’s” flashback scene, so I for that, I need people who don’t have too current of a look and/or have early 90’s period clothing available.

SUN 1/24:
I need a total of (6) extras to play park goers at an ice skating rink. You will not be skating. I need an older couple and 2 younger couples.
