A dark comedy sketch production titled How to Kidnap 101 is now casting actors for multiple roles in an upcoming comedy thriller project filming in St. Louis, Missouri. The project centers around a wannabe masked killer whose first kidnapping attempt goes completely wrong.

This unpaid collaboration opportunity is designed for creatives looking to gain experience, network, and collaborate with fellow filmmakers and actors. Craft services will be provided on set.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform scripted scenes for a dark comedy sketch production
• Collaborate with the director and cast during filming
• Deliver comedic timing and character-driven performances
• Participate in thriller and comedy-based scenes
• Attend scheduled production days in St. Louis

Requirements

Kidnapper

• Male, ages 20s–30s
• Any ethnicity
• Tall, thinner build preferred
• Strong comedic timing required
• Character description: A first-time masked killer who is unprepared, out of shape, and trying too hard to appear intimidating

Runner 1

• Female, ages 20s–30s
• Any ethnicity
• Athletic build preferred
• Character description: Confident, alert, and quick on her feet

Runner 2

• Female, ages 30s–40s
• Any ethnicity
• Taller/heavier set preferred
• Character description: Calm, unbothered, and unintentionally intimidating
• Dry comedic energy is a plus
