A documentary drama series is casting Christchurch-based female actors for scripted reenactment scenes. This production will film a dramatized sequence and is seeking experienced performers who can deliver natural, grounded dialogue in a professional, documentary-style setting. This is a one-day shoot and a strong opportunity to gain on-screen experience with an established creative team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform scripted dialogue for dramatized documentary scenes

• Portray realistic, emotionally grounded characters

• Follow direction from the director and production team

• Maintain professionalism and continuity during filming

Requirements

• Female actors ages 35–50

• Must be based in Christchurch

• Prior acting experience required

• Comfortable delivering dialogue on camera

• Available for a one-day shoot

• Mother (Lead): Female ages 38–45

  • Dialogue-heavy role

  • Previous acting experience required

• Reporters (Minor Speaking Roles): Female ages 35–50

  • One to two lines of dialogue

  • Previous acting experience required
