This role offers a powerful opportunity for an actor to deliver an emotionally charged performance in a project inspired by films like Whiplash and Sound of Metal.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a drummer who is deeply consumed by his craft, balancing emotional intensity with authenticity.

• Demonstrate realistic drumming skills in performance scenes.

• Collaborate with the director and production team to bring depth to a complex, withdrawn character.

• Participate in rehearsals and filming as required by the production schedule.

Requirements

• Male actor, playing age 18–30.

• Must have real drumming experience and confidence performing on camera.

• Strong emotional range to convey obsession, frustration, and introspection.

• Must be based in or able to travel to Manchester for filming.
