Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven experience as an Interview Producer in unscripted TV or docu-series

Strong storytelling instincts and ability to identify emotional beats

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines

Experience directing interviews on set or in the field

Familiarity with current trends in reality and documentary-style content
