The Gap Inc. is currently looking for work-from-home Customer Service Consultants to work full-time and part-time roles.
As a Customer Service Consultant at the Gap, you will be required to deliver customer service and answer customer issues.
You will work as a customer service advocate and will be tasked to troubleshoot, research and resolve customer concerns by utilizing a variety of resources.
You should be professional, patient, courteous and tact, and be able to de-escalate conflicts by using empathy and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is general computer literacy, including instant messaging and Microsoft Office tools.
You should also have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of six months’ customer service experience. Bilingual skills are a plus!
