Job Responsibilities:

- Handling communication and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordination and planning of travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintenance of personal and professional files using Microsoft Word and Excel with a high level of accuracy and organization.
- Driving the celebrity to appointments, events, and other destinations as required.
- Demonstrating flexibility and availability to accommodate a demanding and often unpredictable schedule.
- Exhibiting discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and navigating the nuances of celebrity lifestyle with ease.
- Engaging with and understanding various cultural sectors (fashion, gaming, automotive, music, and podcasts) to assist in decision-making and personal interests.
Requirements:
- Age range: 21-40 years old.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid passport for international travel.
- Open availability to meet the demands of the role.
- Possession of a reliable vehicle.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong common sense and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable and respectful in the presence of celebrities and their lifestyle.
- A well-rounded knowledge of fashion, gaming, automotive, music, and podcasts industries.
