Job Responsibilities: As a hand model, your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate the intricate movements and techniques professional baristas use when crafting beverages at Starbucks. Your hands will be the focal point of the commercial, highlighting the precise actions involved in making various coffee and espresso-based drinks.
You will be required to perform actions such as:
- Espresso shots extraction
- Milk frothing and latte art creation
- Brewing coffee using various methods (e.g., pour-over, French press)
- Handling different coffee accessories and tools
Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be currently employed as a barista at Starbucks or have substantial prior experience as a Starbucks barista.
- Excellent hand and finger dexterity with gracefully performing delicate tasks.
- Well-groomed, clean hands with no visible tattoos or excessive nail polish.
- Available for the callback on August 4th, 2023.
- Available for the wardrobe dates on August 23 & 24, 2023 (subject to confirmation).

Compensation Details: Selected baristas will receive the following compensation:

- Standby Rate: $500 (Payment per day if you are required to be on standby but not utilized for shooting)
