Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building brand awareness of ROMWE brand among target audience
- Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives or campaigns in the US
- Partner with multiple internal functions and third-party agencies to deliver results
- Set campaign KPIs, track performance and analyze results
- Establish and streamline cross-border and cross-functional workflows.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing/project management experience, preferably with a well-known FMCG/retail/e-commerce experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or a related field
- Fluent in both English + Mandarin
- Result-driven, self-motivated, strong ownership
- Excellent multi-tasking skills; Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in environments that require influencing cross-functional teams (often with different goals or incentives)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Passion/understanding of alternative fashion is a plus
