Intermediate Production Designer

 

Mosaic is looking for an intermediate level Production Designer to join our team. You are skilled at creating meticulous production files and have experience across variety of projects including packaging, signage, fabrication and digital rollouts. You are calm under pressure, thrive in fast-paced agency work and most importantly, you can see the fun in every project that comes across your Mac.

 

What we need from you

• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory and typography and building of production files across a variety of projects including packaging, signage, fabrication and digital rollouts.

• Extensive knowledge of file organization and pre-flight practices to output production files that maintain creative integrity.

• Strong communicator and ability to build relationships with Account Service, Creative, Design, Physical Production and Event Production departments to prepare artwork for deployment (print, digital, content).

• Ability to manage a portfolio of production projects from start to finish in a fast-paced agency environment. Love the pace of working on new projects and brands daily.

• You enjoy making the world a better experience by keeping project files organized and ensuring design vision meets our vendors’ output specifications.

• Live and breathe brand standards to ensure meticulous delivery of work.

• Ensure file organization and pre-flight practices to output production files that maintain creative integrity.

• Keen to learn new technologies and stay on top of design trends to ensure quality of standards on all assets.

• You’re a team player who learns quickly, adept at working under tight timelines and a fondness for collaboration in an agency setting.

• Experience in packaging design, digital campaigns and understanding of event marketing world.

• Chops in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
