Job Description

The Broadway and National Touring Company of Wicked is seeking talented singers for principal and ensemble roles. This Chicago open call is looking for performers with exceptional voices, wide vocal ranges, and strong movement abilities. Both Equity and non-Equity singers are welcome to be considered for this professional musical theater production.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vocal material for consideration for principal and ensemble roles.
• Demonstrate a strong vocal range and musical theater technique.
• Perform movement and choreography as required by the production.
• Interpret musical material with confidence, character, and strong performance skills.
• Collaborate professionally with the creative team during auditions and production.

Requirements

• Singers ages 18 and older.
• Open to any ethnicity and any gender.
• Must have a fantastic singing voice and wide vocal range.
• Strong movement ability required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

This Los Angeles open call is looking for performers with exceptional voices, wide vocal ranges, strong movement abilities, and professional stage presence. Singers of all genders and ethnicities are encouraged to audition for opportunities to join the Broadway or touring production.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vocal material for consideration for principal and ensemble roles in “Wicked.”
• Demonstrate a strong vocal range, musicality, and stage presence.
• Perform contemporary or traditional musical theatre material appropriate to vocal type.
• Demonstrate movement ability as required for the production.
• Follow creative direction during auditions, callbacks, rehearsals, and performances.
• Maintain professional performance standards throughout the casting process and production.

Requirements
