Job Description
The Broadway and National Touring Company of the hit musical “Wicked” is seeking talented singers for principal and ensemble roles. This Los Angeles open call is looking for performers with exceptional voices, wide vocal ranges, strong movement abilities, and professional stage presence. Singers of all genders and ethnicities are encouraged to audition for opportunities to join the Broadway or touring production.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform vocal material for consideration for principal and ensemble roles in “Wicked.”
- Demonstrate a strong vocal range, musicality, and stage presence.
- Perform contemporary or traditional musical theatre material appropriate to vocal type.
- Demonstrate movement ability as required for the production.
- Follow creative direction during auditions, callbacks, rehearsals, and performances.
- Maintain professional performance standards throughout the casting process and production.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Open to all genders and ethnicities.
- Exceptional singing ability with a wide vocal range.
- Must move well and be comfortable performing in a Broadway musical environment.
- Open to Equity and Non-Equity singers.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
