Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our General Manager of the Americas region. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating travel logistics, preparing reports, and handling various necessary tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize the General Manager’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Proactively handle calendar conflicts and adjustments, ensuring optimal use of the executive’s time.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compose, edit, and proofread emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including confidential and sensitive information.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Accounting Support:

  • Assist with minor accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.

Event Planning:

  • Coordinate internal and external events, including logistics, venue selection, and catering arrangements.

Meeting Organization:

  • Organize and schedule meetings, send out invitations and reminders, and ensure necessary materials are prepared.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.

Phone Management:

  • Answer and screen phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle inquiries and requests, redirecting them as appropriate.

Initiative and Proactivity:

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of explicit guidance.
  • Anticipate needs and take proactive measures to address them.

About this position:

Anker is looking for a sales position to help expand the reach of our new home energy storage products. This is an exciting opportunity in the residential solar market, and will allow you to join a team that is establishing their own foothold in a competitive market.

Location: Remote

What You Will Do:

  • Devise, integrate and execute regional communication campaigns for new products to reach the business objectives
  • Identify local market growth opportunities that meet the objectives of brand development and business performance by analyzing consumers, customers, competitors and market dynamics
  • Cooperate with global marketing and local marketing team to develop, execute and review the integrated marketing communication plan (online & offline)
  • Communicate marketing related information and coordinate cross-functional teams between headquarter and regions for marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the internal teams (creative, advertising, PR, social, sales and etc.) and external agencies to develop and deploy marketing campaigns
  • Manage and control the marketing budget to meet objectives, enhance performance and optimize allocation efficiency
  • Establish and streamline the business process, method and policy to increase business efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years working experience of brand communication or product marketing is a MUST.
  • Experience of both local marketing and global marketing is a plus.
  • Experience of working oversea is a plus.
  • Passionate to understand local market and drive the business
  • Independent profession and comfortable with remote work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good capability of data analysis/ P&L management
  • Fluent in Chinese will be a PLUS
  • Bachelor degree or above

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

● Define brand development overall strategy based on solid understanding of user/market/competition.

● Lead to develop marketing strategy/plan and collaborate with marketing related functions to execute the marketing plan, including creative/advertising/PR/social/EDM.

● Collaborate with product/operation functions to come up with brand strategy needed resource to achieve brand goals.

● Guide the development of high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.

● Seek out new motive marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.

Requirements

● 5+ years working experience working as a brand manager or marketing manager is a MUST. Experience of both traditional marketing and digital marketing is a plus.

● Passionate to build brand from zero/little base.

● Independent profession and comfortable with remote work.

● Strong data analysis capability.

● Good interpersonal skills.

● Love outdoor activities is a plus.

● Proficient in English is a must, a certain level mastery of Mandarin is a plus.
