OVERVIEW
A well-established global FinTech company is currently in search of an experienced Technical Product Manager to join its Application Engineering Team. This team is responsible for creating and maintaining various internal software solutions, which range from libraries and development tools for fellow programmers to web applications utilized throughout the organization. The team is dedicated to developing their own proprietary products and, when suitable, incorporating third-party vendor and open-source solutions.
As a Product Manager, your role will involve close collaboration with various teams within Systems and across the entire organization. We are looking for candidates who possess a natural curiosity for technology, are proactive in driving improvements, excel at resolving complex, open-ended challenges, and have the ability to recognize how minor details can have a significant impact on the overall mission.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Two to Five (2-5) years of prior experience in a Technical Product Manager role required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are critical
- A client-service mindset and ability to build successful relationships within department and across the firm is critical
- Impressive technological foundation, including basic knowledge of core computer science concepts and familiarity with a large variety of technologies is beneficial
- Experience with human-centered design, data analytics, or application infrastructure is beneficial
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
You will manage some of the firm’s largest internally developed applications and vendor tools and liaise with stakeholders across the firm to drive project strategies and roadmaps. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and feedback, defining requirements and priorities, collaborating with developers on execution, and driving communication strategies. You will play a significant role in improving firmwide product offerings. This dynamic role provides an opportunity to build relationships with leaders in systems, business operations, and software development teams.

The Position
We are looking for a product manager to join our cross-functional team and help us build innovative solutions for our US entities. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features, as well as collaborating with developers, engineers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems, meet business requirements and objectives, and create company value.
What you do
- Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to identify and validate customer needs, business requirements and opportunities
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to the remote product team
- Collaborate with the remote product team, development team and other stakeholders, to plan and execute the product launch strategy
- Manage the product backlog and the product development process, ensuring that the remote team delivers products that meet the quality standards and the business objectives
- Validate and launch new features and products, and measure their impact and performance using data and feedback
- Continuously monitor, support and improve the product based on feedback and data from customer and business units
What you offer
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 4 years of experience as a product manager or a similar role in the fintech industry and/or Brokerage firm, or a strong understanding of the fintech domain and the customer needs
- A proven track record of delivering successful products that solve customer problems and create business value
- A strong knowledge of product analytics, product testing methodologies and tools, customer research methodologies, data analytics and data science
- A solid understanding of the fintech regulations, compliance, and security standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present and influence effectively across different levels and functions
- A high level of cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, organizational skills, and multitasking
- A passion for fintech innovation and a customer-centric mindset

This is a fun and exciting role that relies heavily on communication, attention to detail, organization, and lots of creativity. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player who can develop long-term beneficial relationships for the Club.
• Being the main point of contact and working with event hosts and planners through telephone, digital communication, and in-person meetings from the date of contract signing through the event date.
Coordination both social/corporate banquets for members and non-members, as well as club events for membership.
• Communicating with clients and internal teams in a timely and efficient manner, including working in tandem with internal departments such as Culinary, Food & Beverage Operations, Amenities (i.e. Golf, Tennis, Pool, etc.), and Club Ownership.
• Maintaining Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in Clubessentials (sales/banquets software) and event diagrams in AllSeated (floor plan software).
• Coordinating menus, tastings, and all other event details.
• Working closely with Seawane’s preferred vendors on décor, entertainment, and other services and rentals, maintaining as well as establishing new preferred vendor relationships.
• Leading weekly BEO meetings and day-of event checks with the operations and culinary teams, as well as occasionally attending functions to meet hosts and oversee the start of an event on a case-by-case basis, ensuring everything is as expected and adjusting as needed.
• Creating new event experiences for membership to drive event participation for all age groups and interests.
