Caesars Digital represents online businesses spanning casino, poker, and sports betting across a variety of brands. The Manager, Sportsbook Marketing Analytics in the Enterprise Analytics team will partner with Caesars Sportsbook marketing leadership to drive customer acquisition, analyze offer performance, identify industry and region-specific trends, segment Caesars’ customer database, and perform ad-hoc analysis in support of business operations. The ideal candidate will help identify opportunities to grow these business units and work with clients to implement findings and best practices. Your focus will be on three fronts:

  1. Drive performance of the Analytics team; support the Sportsbook team in making strong, data-driven decisions
  2. Interpret business performance and recommend changes to strategy, partnering with Sportsbook marketing leaders to grow customer database and drive profitability

This is a highly visible role and relationship building is a key component to success. A strong candidate should be a highly analytical, strong communicator with some supervisory experience. The ability to run your own analyses while also guiding, training and supporting your team is a necessary skill. A degree of technical expertise (SQL, Excel, Tableau) will enable you to guide the team in the automation and continuation of existing processes, while ensuring the highest possible efficiency. Strong presentation skills, an aptitude for condensing large amounts of data into a meaningful story, and the ability to share insights & actionable recommendations in a concise & persuasive manner are critical to success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

[Analysis/Interpretation]

Serve as a primary point of contact for sportsbook marketing teams for analysis of offer performance and customer behavior. Provide strategic insights, analyze standard reports, and conduct in-depth analysis to formulate insights into business performance. Partner with clients to develop robust testing plan and evaluate results. Communicate conclusions, implications, and recommendations in a concise fashion to relevant clients.

[Stakeholder Management]

Partner with sportsbook leaders to provide analytic input to decisions and evaluation of business performance. Develop relationships to ensure an analytic approach is taken in evaluating strategic business decisions. Clearly communicate findings to key stakeholders and keep them informed of changes that may impact operations.

[Prioritization/Time Management]

Must manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, proactively identify opportunities to improve analysis, and maintain positive employee morale. Allocate resources and prioritize projects to balance the support of broad initiatives, recurring reports and ad-hoc analysis.

[Leadership/Mentorship]

Serve as a visible leader for the entire Analytics department. Develop critical thinking skills among analysts and train direct reports on new software, capabilities, and analytical techniques. Leverage team members across the Analytics department to provide additional context to analyses and develop holistic approach to problem solving from team members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very strong quantitative and analytic skills with demonstrated success in analytic roles, including (but not exclusive to) financial analysis, direct marketing, consulting, IT, statistical analytics, forecasting techniques, marketing studies, and optimization analytics
  • Demonstrated success working with large data sets, developing tools for streamlined analysis, and creating reports that succinctly summarize complex concepts
  • Ability to communicate all analyses, findings, conclusions, and recommendations to relevant marketing and operations stakeholders across the enterprise; actively assist in the implementation of new initiatives
  • Experience with analytic tools and software such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years work experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred

  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and consensus building skills; willingness to develop key relationships across the organization and present findings to Senior Management Team and other company leadership
  • Must be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment, ensuring decisions and management communication is occurring in a timely fashion
  • Must be able to manage competing tasks from multiple stakeholders and prioritize in accordance with strategic objectives for the organization
  • Must possess strong leadership and motivational skills, and be able to successfully manage a team of intelligent, focused and career-minded individuals
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Online gaming/sports industry experience strongly preferred but not required

The Source – Agency Producer Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Producer will support the creative team and their idea; representing, owning, and finding creative solutions, throughout a productions planning process, to set the Photo and Video Production team up for a successful shoot. Caesars has a dynamic workload that incorporates multiple disciplines within the creative industry. The Agency Producer will manage both Photo and Video productions. Those productions will consist of brand shoots, lifestyle, architecture, food, internal communications, PR and more across the entire Caesars Enterprise. The producer will be a skilled negotiator, able to navigate expectations and needs while not compromising on the quality of the work.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating and managing The Source projects in collaboration with the director, creative team, account team and client.
  • Manage the budget for each project and negotiate with third party vendors as needed for outsourced needs.
  • Maintain budget and financial records, travel receipts according to company policies.
  • Partnering with finance on purchase orders, billable costs and people investment.
  • Strong knowledge of rules surrounding usage fees, talent contracts and vendor contracts
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to Photo & Video Specialist(s).
  • Manage project workflow.
  • Manage travel coordination for the production.
  • Manage shoot schedules from pre-production to shoot days to postproduction.
  • Work with Managers to coordinate, plan and delegate daily work responsibilities to production staff.
  • Build positive working relationships with co-workers to achieve productivity.
  • Manage job organization using Caesars business platform, Workfront
  • Stay current on industry trends, and company development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate/commercial high‐end photography and/or video production.
  • Professional production portfolio that demonstrates a expert knowledge of production skills and final assets.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Business suite with developed skills in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be solution oriented.
  • Expert understanding of various media production with experience working in a similar hospitality, hotel, or resort setting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has an established network of industry professionals across all media disciplines.
  • Self‐driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas, collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solving, both technically and creatively, with constant attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills, an active listener, able to convey complex issues succinctly and with the correct priority.

Job Summary:

The National Sales Manager, In-Market Team – Caesars Entertainment will have overall responsibility for building and managing Caesars Entertainment In-Market sales efforts to achieve the Company’s financial goals. This will include the oversight and coordination of your specific assigned market.

This is a Remote position where the National Sales Manager is responsible for In-Market Group Sales for the New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Kentucky markets. The ideal candidate will reside in one of these locations.

The National Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales – In-Market South Central Team.

Key Job Functions:

  • Solicit and book programs that maximize revenue for Rooms, Food and Beverage, meeting room rental, etc.
  • Finalize Contracts with Clients
  • Travel and make Sales Calls to promote facilities including appointments in your own location as well as occasional trips to other locations for Tradeshows, Familiarization Events, Site Inspections, etc.
  • Conduct and arrange site inspections to meeting planners and other prospective clients.
  • Meet individual and team booking goals; business size is 300+ room nights on peak
  • Complete Prospecting calls
  • Make sure Pre & Post trip reports (including expense reports) are completed and submitted on time.
  • Consistently meet measurable objectives for properties sales growth.
  • Create demand for Caesars properties and increase sales revenue by driving the Caesars Sales brand.
  • Personally lead and close large account sales opportunities with the intent to gain market share.
  • Persistently work toward unquestionable customer retention and satisfaction that will result in customers being enthusiastic references, thus increase brand awareness.
  • Create strong collaborative partnerships with property operations that work to accomplish their goals while continuing to build brand identity and delivery in day to day operations.
  • Consistently communicate with team and drive superior performance.
  • Act as support network for all sales people in his/her region, assisting them in meeting and exceeding all goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with other regions, Property and In-Market, Meeting operators and customers
  • Able to negotiate and understand contract language

Preferred Qualifications:

Caesars Entertainment is looking for a seasoned sales manager who will drive Caesars In-Market sales process in order to achieve revenue goals in his/her market. This individual must be a creative, high energy, hands on, take charge executive with proven sales skills.

Additional characteristics include:

  • Proven experience selling hospitality to a diverse set of customers.
  • Established customer base
  • Extensive experience managing an In-Market sales force working remotely.
  • A track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches and managing complex sales into a diverse group of customers.
  • Excellent oral, written, verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of prior Hotel Meeting Sales Experience preferred
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure/conflict situations
  • High volume, fast paced, frequent interruptions
  • Must be enthusiastic and efficient and work well with co-workers and management
  • Long hours involved, flexible working hours, and available on weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to travel
