Responsibilities:
- Conduct background research on industries, companies and emerging markets/platforms that could provide future growth opportunities for the organization
- Research nascent technologies that have the potential to expand our fan engagement efforts, enhance corporate partnerships or grow other key business verticals and functions
- Support the commercial partnerships team to develop strategic relationships that have the potential for broad impact on the organization beyond the partnership investment
- Develop financial projections and provide recommendations that inform senior leadership during the due diligence phase of potential new strategic initiatives
- Support the SVP, Strategy & Business Operations with additional ad hoc strategic projects based on organizational needs and focus areas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related subject areas preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience working in consulting, finance, technology or sports/entertainment
- Proven ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data to produce key insights and business strategies
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience conducting industry research, competitive analyses, and financial modelling
- Strong sense of project ownership, accountability, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively across different business units and adapt to a changing environment
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

In this role you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and logging for day to day and feature content. This role will report to the Director, Digital Content Production.
Responsibilities:
- Produce, shoot, light, and edit content for Celtics digital channels, including social media, website, and broadcast
- Assist in maintaining video equipment and digital assets where needed
- Regularly keep up with logging footage using CatDV
- Collaborate with content production team to ensure digital content is high quality
- Identify and innovate on new ways of delivering content
- Edit short-form reactive content from practices and games
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in media production majors preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Positive demeanor and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to deliver compelling stories through content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expertise in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Familiarity with Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator is helpful
- Knowledge of DSLR style cameras
- Motion graphics experience is a plus
- Detailed and thorough and capacity to deliver under pressure
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as determined by team’s schedule
- Candidate must supply demo reel via YouTube and/or Vimeo links for consideration
- Travel may be required to cover games, practices, interviews and/or other team related events

Are you passionate about planning events and game production? If so, we are looking for you! This role will work to coordinate all game related needs pertaining to in-game promotions, assist with special events, and appearances for the Celtics Entertainment Teams. We are seeking a highly motivated teammate to join our group and help build an engaging, entertaining atmosphere at Celtics home games and events. This role will report to the Director of Live Production and Entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate game-night entertainment including on-court/in-crowd promotions and on-court performances
- Coordinate all prizes, props, and waivers to be used during Celtics home game.
- Manage in game video board message requests and team mascot seat and suite visits.
- Assist with special events including the Shamrock Foundation Gala, Celtics Draft Party, Partner Summit and any other signature Celtics’ events
- Assist with the audition process for the Celtics Entertainment teams
- Manage the appearance calendar for Celtics Entertainment
- Assist in content ideation for Celtics game entertainment and social media accounts.
- Primary liaison between the Celtics and outside appearance vendors
- Participate in the creative planning process on an ongoing basis
- Assist the Video Producer with content shoots as needed
- Manage additional game night activations as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and related experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Game presentation and/or entertainment experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a focus on the details
- Highly organized and self motivated; ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
