Overview:

We are seeking a social native TikTok Social Media Manager with at least 1-3 years professional experience to join our growing in-office Los Angeles based team!

The TikTok Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company’s TikTok page to elevate our brand and captivate our customers. You will focus on building community through relevant and engaging content.

You will test and elevate winning strategies and content in collaboration with our marketing and creative teams. Reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing, you will be a crucial part of Bloom’s success. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things social media, pop culture, current trends, and storytelling, and is excited to find new ways to expand Bloom’s presence on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Create a strategy to strengthen Bloom’s existing relationship with the community on TikTok
• Drive brand relevancy and awareness forward through the platform
• Ideate, film and edit engaging content daily
• Stay on top of social media trends to stay relevant and effective
• Monitor own and user generated content for reactive opportunities
• Present fresh ideas to brainstorms based on current trends
• Develop consistent, actionable social media reporting and insights.
• Work closely with the creative team to align on content calendars and campaigns
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing and Social Media Teams

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in social media
• Must have relevant portfolio of work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency
• Possess video skills for in-house content creation (i.e. shoot, edit, and appear in social content)
• Highly organized, task oriented and a team player
• Open-minded creative looking to take risks
• Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects
• Must be able to commute to Santa Monica office 4-5 times a week

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Junior Video Producer with 1+ years of professional experience to join our growing in-office LA based team! The Junior Video Producer will be pivotal in the success of our fast growing social media platforms IG: @Bloomsupps, TikTok: @Bloomnu, and will support all marketing and communication efforts. Reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing you will be a crucial part of creating on-strategy ideas and bringing them to life! The Junior Video Producer will assist in ideating, shooting and editing compelling video content. This person will manage project deadlines and deliverables with the Head of Creative Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate, shoot and edit compelling video content
• Craft video content for a diverse range of projects including Instagram Reels, Instagram stories, TikTok and Youtube
• Assist with creating storyboards and shot lists
• Assist with the development of creative concepts for shoots and are able to translate ideas into video content
• Tell meaningful stories through innovative and entertaining visual content
• Have a love for storytelling and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Please include a portfolio with your resume
• 1+ years of experience in content creation and video editing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency
• Social native who stays ahead of social media trends, updates, and platforms
• Eager to be a part of in-house content creation (i.e. shoot and appear in social content)
• Highly organized and task oriented
• Collaborative team player
• Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects
• Must be able to commute to Santa Monica office 2-3 times a week
• Experience with social media, including Instagram & TikTok
