Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Junior Video Producer with 1+ years of professional experience to join our growing in-office LA based team! The Junior Video Producer will be pivotal in the success of our fast growing social media platforms IG: @Bloomsupps, TikTok: @Bloomnu, and will support all marketing and communication efforts. Reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing you will be a crucial part of creating on-strategy ideas and bringing them to life! The Junior Video Producer will assist in ideating, shooting and editing compelling video content. This person will manage project deadlines and deliverables with the Head of Creative Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, shoot and edit compelling video content
- Craft video content for a diverse range of projects including Instagram Reels, Instagram stories, TikTok and Youtube
- Assist with creating storyboards and shot lists
- Assist with the development of creative concepts for shoots and are able to translate ideas into video content
- Tell meaningful stories through innovative and entertaining visual content
- Have a love for storytelling and meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Please include a portfolio with your resume
- 1+ years of experience in content creation and video editing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency
- Social native who stays ahead of social media trends, updates, and platforms
- Eager to be a part of in-house content creation (i.e. shoot and appear in social content)
- Highly organized and task oriented
- Collaborative team player
- Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects
- Must be able to commute to Santa Monica office 2-3 times a week
- Experience with social media, including Instagram & TikTok
